Case Dismissed with Prejudice in 2008

It has been so many years since this, and so much speculation, but now a retired witness to the whole thing has stepped forward. Yes, that thing. The reason Bullshido even covered the machinations of College of Learning and all their affiliates from 2005 to 2015. The case. That one. 

"I stumbled across your site and assumed you were in the know. I also read some very curious comments from one of my NDA people, so naturally I had to investigate." They said. 

"But don't worry. I am long since retired from all this. I was one of the prosecution on the case of (LWS) and (COL) versus (AG)."

"The statute of limitations of the NDAs expired in 2017, so that was very clever of the poster. So, what do you want to know?" 

We replied. Was (AG) ever posting on Bullshido.org?

"He was not posting there."

Was the case or cases against him false or defamatory?

"With prejudice means there was more than that." 

Was he posting on other aggregate sites? 

"He was posting on a site which was court ordered to be removed. CultMember.com. "

Was he mean to his ex wife, or the accused?

"The allegations against him were dropped. In a court of law, they were proven false." 

How many COL people stood as witnesses to this?

"The CEO and most of her staff were allegedly witnesses. They could not have all been in the same room with the accused. It is not possible. He operated out of state."

We will not say where this was, as it's already known where the other company was. 

So my next question is, was there a settlement in 2008?

"No. Not in this case. The accusers clearly were attempting to destroy the defendant. It was dropped with prejudice. The lawyers for the company refused then to show up, and repealed in anotherr higher court, which also was dropped."

A counter suit indicated a patent issue that had nothing to do with this. It was just the ceo trying to milk money from AG, right?

"I was not part of that case. I do not know."

Was all of this about money?

"It usually is about money. They didn't get anything. He didn't either."

So this actually jells with what (KB) said years ago. 

"Going to assume he has gone on with his life, and stayed out of the spotlight."

Did acting members of the COL and the LWS actually use company time to berate and harass ex students?

"Yes. It's in the cases."

How did you know of this?

"I was involved. I regret it. I advised them not to do that, as it was legally sketchy. If even one of them turned and sued for defamation, they would be in for trouble legally."

The statute of limitations have expired on the whole thing, so in the end, everyone loses.

Maybe some of the ex students were actually trying to educate the masses more than riff on them. Seems they were trying to help for the wrong reasons. But in your opinion, was it justified?

"The former employees and students have every right within free speech to post so long as it is not defamatory. I see nothing defamatory about this site, for instance. It is an archive of those events."

Ha, the only thing I ever got was a divorce summons from them. 

"That's against the law. I take it the limitations have expired on that?"

They have. It was a while ago. I wasn't even married. Ha. 

"Well, then you had nothing to worry about."

Was Bullshido responsible for their bloggers?

"No. According to the terms of service, they were not responsible for anyone posting. That is why unlike the other site, they could not be removed."

And CultSlayerUs? It too was taken down. The first was. 

"You closed that account, not a court order." 

You are good. 

"But it is a good thing OKD disappeared. That was questionable."

Yeah, that was. But to clarify, AG got nothing. TYK got nothing, KK got nothing?

"They got nothing."

Is it even libel?

"No. It was not hate speech. It was free speech. Testimonies of former students, like whistle blowers are protected."  

So we don't use real names. I think I started this just shy of 21. Ha. 

"You and yours are very clever, and decent sleuths. Too bad you never went into the business."

Ha, no.

Searching for The Cult Turns up Us

Welcome to 2022! These are some tidbits from the COL cult news. Note there isn't much. Our archives keep coming up. 

They have shut down the school due to the pandemic, but not the computer company, operating in reduced hours. 

A recent tell all story called On Location apparently isn't really what we thought. It's just a long journal taking place over 30 years, featuring several volumes, some of which do touch upon an exer student's 18 or so years of training at the school. It's actually quite positive. He does eventually go into the revelations of the 2010s, but not to an extent enough to call it a tell all. 

The student can also confirm that "Lighthouse Girl" was a real person who passed on the story of her leaving the company because creepy cult people tried to control her love life. She is now happily married to another ex student. 

The wiki for the guru still includes the controversy section, but gets away with it by using allegedly and from sources other than just Bullshido. They have not removed it. 

The origin CultSlayerUs was indeed run by an exer female friends, but we never dated. It is now gone. Even so, assuming we were, COL attempted to sent a divorce summons to me, and to her, in addition to other former students, around the year 2014. 

Operation Komodo Dragon was not the same thing as Frog and Scorpion. One was a clear ever hatchet job, and the other an actual PR thing than failed. Both failed. 

The fabled Adam G never posted on Bullshido. The settled trial though was a story broken by us. We contacted those involved and they said it was settled for an undisclosed sum. 

Several exers used the great mall and the movies and premieres as excuses to hang out and compare notes around 2015 to 2017, after reading some of the Jules and Mikey site, and recognizing the exers there as old friends. 

Although the exer known as Clare did do Bullshido and his execellent Cult Mmeber blog, he was of no relations to us. We did give him tips though, like to check out that weird Mike Hunt site and its online counterpart, Hella Kitty Kai, of which both can be found. 

Clare, as we will call him was asked to participate in a TV expose, which turned into something else, in 2018, and he refused. In 2019, Netflix picked up a show called The 100 with a lot of COL themes in it, done by other exers and others. 

Due to pressure from Major League Baseball itself, a false story about one of their players training with the guru and gaining some weird advantages, in the 1990s, was removed from wiki pages in 2016, thanks exclusively to Jules and Mikey who knew someone on the Giants then and reported the story to their management. 

The four kitty ki in fact included an actual high level instructor within the cult who had turned turncoat by 2014 and gave the then Blackie and Katherine sites all the dirt they wanted. Most of it was never printed. He has since left. 

Although the Mikey disc file was fake, as discovered in 2017 to be fake, there was indeed something like it. COL freaked out and thought it a hacking. It was not that. They just had a mole at Lighthouse giving them info. She has since left. Also Mikey never dated her, despite receiving a bizarre  summons in 2018 about it. It freaked him out so he never posted again anywhere. Jules however was not stopped, and still appears. 

Jules' lawyer friend told Mikey to ignore it, as they had no legal leg to stand on. Blogging about your old school is not defamation. Making up false claims could be, if it actually damaged anything, and it doesn't. Not anymore. Too much time has passed.

It is estimated currently that out of the 5,420 former students of the cult and school, only about 200 were in the cult, and all but a dozen have left, and that of the angry exers, there are at most 870. The rest do not care and have moved on. Bullshido started with 34 exers, and grew to nearly that 800 or so in the end.

We have moved on too, but it is nice to see the slaying of the cult paid off. Obviously, we cannot take credit for anything current. We have not been in the cult really since the 2007 period. Most of Jules is from the older exer lady. She wasn't there.

Is it Finally Over? Albrae shutters after 6 years.

Albrae school is gone? It would appear to be! We knew they were gone really, since the ridiculous claim they were now inside Wal Mart as of 2018, and a car place was put in where they were.

Medford was hit by the wildfires, as was our area. We are still here. They probably are still out there. 

The web site for the school claims they are permanently closed. 

They can blame it more on the pandemic than on former students, as there was no way to remain open, even under the rug, somewhere else. 

Was looking through some of the old blogs. We were very angry. I think we've made up since there, and aren't so angry. Still, I will not be going to hang out with the cult anytime. 

Even in isolation where dreams of being in crowds come and go, COL is not one of my dreams. 

Permanently Closed on Albrae Avenue martial arts school

The web site today for the JungSuWon branch and former main school on Albrae Ave, in Fremont, CA allegedly inside WalMart, has permanently closed, according to the site page. 

Our WordPress sites are not working right, probably on their end, but Google works sluggishly today. 

After 8 months of the CoVid 19 pandemic that led to months of lockkdown and stay at home orders of the state, they finally had to come out and state, we're closed at JSW and there will not be any more classes. 

Medford, their key other facility, where there is their new Lighthouse, which is technically their backup, has been hit hard by the local wildfires there and likely has shuttered also. 

Fremont was hit by smoke from the fires weeks ago, and is still a mess, choked with smog. 

I have been to that WalMart. They were never inside of the store. 

With the pandemic still ongoing, they cannot operate a close contact training studio using social distancing. How that would even work would be a mess. 

Rival schools Shatokan and West Coast Karate immediately shuttered in March and did not reopen, but the Albrae school of JSW claimed nothing was changed since then, for months, until today when they announced in red lettering, they are permanently closed. 

Even though we did not like the COL cult, we hope that everyone there has survived the pandemic and is staying at home somewhere to recover. They are related to the cult since the 1990s and have denied there is a cult, when there clearly was one. 

 Lighthouse Fremont could not be approached for comment. 

The mansion had been up for sale. Not sure if it got destroyed in the fires. Can't really check. 

It appears they took the Grandmaster's words during several of her pity parties, 'you can leave' or 'i could leave', and walked out. They could leave. So they did. 

We have no stake in their dealings anymore, so they have nothing on us.

Limited Hours for Fake School

Yep, seems now it says limited hours on the cult website. My guess is they are not actually updating the site and aren't having classes.

You heard it right. Reduced. The web pages for the cult are still up and claiming there are simply reduced hours, as you can still go to the academy and work at the company, but it will be in a limited capacity.


Allow some elaboration. The Corona virus is a flu like pandemic currently sweeping the planet, with cases in this valley, but mostly in other states, and most noted in China, the Middle East, Korea, various island nations, and Europe and other parts of Asia.

It has claimed tens of thousands worldwide, and thousands now US.

In the US, there had been some states of mandatory lock down and stay at home, which means most businesses, including computer companies and mall shops, martial arts schools, and gyms, and the like, closed. Even libraries.

The actual class and masters probably are exposed. As a health club deal, they should all be indoors in COL Fremont and not going out, or the one in Newark, or the like.

They should not be encouraging anyone to come visit the school located in Fremont, unless that school is now bogus, and they haven’t been there in weeks.

The school is not located in Wal Mart in Fremont. The store was open. Was just there yesterday. They’re not inside the store. It had limited hours. It only stocked essentials.

COL is not an essential. Do the right thing, COL, and shelter in, and make up blogs about how you are so mistreated by the net. You can even claim you only hoarded stuff beforehand because it was energy! I bet.

COL Ignoring Pandemic Corona Virus Holds Reduced Hours

My daughter just informed me of this. I checked it out on the web sites. COL's operational classes and companies remain open and at reduced hours against the stay at home lock down during the Corona Virus outbreak of March 2020.

My ex just informed me too. Holy cow. Are you COL people asking to go out via a virus? Well, that would be unique. Legends will tell of your passing because you thought ki energy was going to save you.

I don't buy Karma, but that would be a serious one if you did. Kimpers is old She could catch it. If you want to save someone, at least save her. She also had conditions, so she is especially prone to getting something. It would be best to close up temporarily and stay inside.

Also the public uses your businesses, and they're not essential. Martial arts gyms are closed until further notice. Don't be irresponsible and stay open, even if your main people were not exposed.

You don't know they weren't. You could spread it. Wash your hands and stay away from others, and don't touch your faces. Sparring also would be a great way to spread it through sweat. No sparring. You'll have to do that later. Physical contact, nope.

Usually an exer will berate the guru's actions, but this time, it's a PSA and we don't want anything bad to happen for real.
